What comes up for you when you hear the word ‘addiction’?  Many people have negative associations with the word.  Exploring our own feelings and beliefs about recovery can be a great way in to finding a new level of openness and curiosity when it comes to healing our own compulsive or addictive cycles holding us back from living a full and happy life. 

The Freedom Steps and FAB Freedom Steps are a journey of healing from addiction integrating Internal Family Systems and embodied awareness, as well as drawing on the timeless spiritual principles of the 12 Step recovery.
