No refunds for programs, groups or individual therapy/coaching packages. Program payments may sometimes be used towards individual sessions and visa versa, depending upon the amount of unused program/individual time remaining as part of your purchase. This is subject to availability. This option can be discussed at the time, and a suitable solution found.
For extenuating circumstances, refunds of any international payments and/or payments using Paypal incur a 15% deduction from the amount you paid to cover fixed fees for making/receiving payments and for currency-conversion deductions these companies made before I received your original payment.
