SUGAR … HOW DOES IT INFLAME OUR FOOD OBSESSION?
I’m not one for painting things as villainous unnecessarily, but I do take issue with corporate big food businesses boosting their sales competing with one another by putting ever-increasing amounts of cheap, nasty sugars into our food.
Sugar has a clever way of sneaking into almost everything we eat. For fun, I’ve listed some of the names it goes by, in alphabetical. In 2010 my sugar addiction finally abated for good. Since then, I’ve checked all the food I buy and avoided anything where any of these feature higher than fourth place on the ingredients list:

My life’s changed dramatically for the better. My mood has stabilised. I feel calmer, lighter, freer, and much more emotionally balanced. I’d recommend it to anyone who struggles with mood, weight-issues, food obsession.
I don’t believe I could’ve done it alone, though … the inner-sugar-magnet was too strong! Without guidance, accountability, and support it was too much for me. I needed the right processes and people around me.
I’ve created a simple Step-by-Step way out, based on my own freedom journey back then.
